My name is Alex Owolabi. I am the founder of Nexora Business Advisory.

For the past three years I have been deeply involved in small business acquisitions in the UK — sourcing deals, running financial analysis, sitting in due diligence, and advising buyers across 32 transactions totalling over £50m in combined value.

I know what buyers look for. I know what makes them walk away. I know what kills a deal at the last moment — and I have seen it happen more times than I can count. Not because the business was bad, but because the owner was unprepared. The books were messy. The business could not run without them. The valuation was built on hope rather than evidence.

I am not a broker. I do not earn commissions. I have no interest in rushing you to market or pushing you toward a deal that is not right for you. What I do is sit down with you — honestly, practically, without jargon — and tell you exactly where your business stands, what is holding its value back, and what to do about it.

I started Nexora because I kept seeing the same thing: owners who had built real, valuable businesses leaving serious money on the table simply because they did not have the right information at the right time. That is a problem I can fix. And it is the only problem I focus on.
